MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Heartstyles. This role works to position and promote Heartstyles within and beyond Yum! as a leading character development intervention.
The marketing function of Heartstyles has a budget circa £150,000. This is used across several marketing suppliers including writers, researchers, designers, film makers, web developers etc.
The team is small, a Director of Sales and Marketing and a partner Sales and Marketing Executive.
This marketing role is primarily a digital marketing role, but as the team is small, it is expected that the role will cover other areas of marketing support to our broad stakeholder base.
The role is a global role.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
* Briefing and managing external partners (agencies and freelancers) in the timely delivery of campaigns, creative etc.
* Develop close working relationships with Heartstyles and Yum! stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and consulted on project progress.
* Experience in activating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
* Great presentation skill.
* Data literate and analytical: comfortable to extract and analyse large amount of data from different sources, and able to take complex data flows and find opportunities/insights to improve marketing.
* Versatile copywriting skills, and a sharp eye for creatives are preferred.
* Great attention for detail, be able to work in a team, and stay calm under pressure.
* Prior experience in managing agency relationships will be a plus!

WHAT WE’D LOVE FROM YOU
EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* 2 years post degree work in a marketing team
* Experience in a learning and development, specifically people development space preferred but not essential
* Proficient in Microsoft suite / Excel, PowerPoint etc
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
