Sales Coordinator required for a supplier of metal trims for the interior sector based in the Milton Keynes area. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and similar industry. The main purpose of this role is to process orders and assist customers with enquiries, the role requires experience in customer service. Day to day tasks will include liaising with customers regarding pricing, the status of orders, advising delivery dates and assisting with any other enquiries/queries, as well as processing orders. Candidates are required to be organised, and work well alone as well as within a team.

Sales Coordinator – Metal Trims Position Overview

Processing orders on Progress Plus

Liaise with customers both via email and on the phone
Tracking deliveries
Updating despatch dates on the system, and keeping customers informed as to any delays/updates regarding their orders
Liaise with the despatch team to arrange deliveries
Liaise with the Production Manager regarding special orders, delivery dates etc.
General pricing for customers
Liaise with the accounts department when customers are over the credit limit/on credit hold to try and achieve a resolution
Additional administration tasks when required (filing etc)

Salary dependent on experience £25kProfit share twice per year (once 6-month probationary period has been completed)
