An excellent opportunity has come up to join a forward-thinking specialist engineering manufacturer.

We are looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their well-established team, working with fine limit sheet metal supplying the Audio, Telecommunication and Defence sectors. Experience of working in a precision environment is essential, as is a hard-working attitude, taking pride in doing a good job and enjoying working as part of a team. The successful candidate will be conscientious, focused, willing to learn, and will be happy to take responsibility for their individual work and understand the importance of attention to detail and the need to work to the highest standard of quality.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment and be looking for an opportunity to learn and develop their skills by working on a variety of different manufacturing, assembly, and machine operating tasks. Experience of working with sheet metal would be advantageous but not essential, and a full programme of in-house training on the latest machinery will be provided.
