About the role
As the Customer Services Manager you will take full ownership for the customer experience strategy across the business. You will facilitate a high quality service, fostering great relationships with your colleagues to drive the highest of standards for our customers. You will lead your team to ensure any customer queries are dealt with promptly and the highest level of service is delivered at all times.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a motivational individual who not only has an excellent knowledge of the manufacturing process and common defects, but can engage a variety of stakeholders on striving for high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will have very proficient IT skills with previous experience of IFS an advantage. Additionally you will be able to compile scripts for your team to follow with their customers.
You will be friendly and approachable but with the ability to get the job done.
