I am currently work alongside a Law Firm based in Buckingham and they are currently looking for a Private Client Associate Solicitor to bolster their Private Client offerings. This is a great opportunity to join a very busy department, of which you will be working on a variety of cases, some being simple and some being complex.

The firm are looking to bring someone in that is 4-8PQE

The successful candidate will be expected to be able to manage their own caseload that involve a variety of different clients. The duties will include:

* Drafting wills

* Dealing with Power of Attorneys

* Probate matters

* Estate Administration

* Trust matters

My client is looking for either a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is looking for a step up in their career. If you're 'STEP' accredited, this is highly desirable.
