Location: This role will be remote, once the training has been completed! the candidate will need to be willing to come into the office once in a while after the training, so the candidate should live within a reasonable commuting distance to Buckingham

First introduced in 2014 the product knowledgebase has grown to over 3,000 online pages with more than 20,000 customer visits each month.

Built using the NICE CXone Expert platform the customer support site is the first port of call for customers and staff when they want to know how to get the best from their products.

As a core part of the Customer Experience, the primary goal for this knowledgebase is to increase our customer's product knowledge, improving their user experience whilst reducing the volume of inbound calls and e-mails to our support technicians.

This role is at the centre of this goal with the creation of new interactive and informative content on the site as well as the maintenance and improvement of existing content.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating user manuals, help text or learning content that turns technically complex solutions into something that our customers will be able to understand and follow, particularly those customers for whom English isn't their first language.

An interest in the automotive or motorsport industries would also be an advantage as these are key markets for us.

Although this role would be covered by the remote working contract you will be required to come into the office from time to time, particularly during the induction period, to collaborate with our product managers and applications team.
