Role: Customer Support Technician
Location: Buckingham
Salary: £20,000-£26,000 + Excellent Benefits & Training Opportunities

Graduates are welcome for this position! – Full training will be provided.

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Technician to join their expanding team ASAP. They are looking for someone who is technically minded, hands on and has great customer service skills.

The client operates globally within the automotive and film industry, so some very exciting customers are to be expected. This will include going to race days, film sets and testing facilities!

The role will predominately be split into two main areas: external product support and inhouse product testing. This means that your technical ability is as important as your client interaction capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have the following traits;
* A technical mindset
* Has previously worked in the automotive or Motorsport Industries with vehicle/race data analysis experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Organised, task orientated and able to work independently
* Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
* Technical degree or certification (Not Essential)

A similar background in the following areas would be advantageous;
* Information Technology
* Exposure to GPS Technologies
* Engineering
* Technical Sales
