A great opportunity to join a global leader in a new and growing team as an Operations Engineer.

The role is predominantly home based with some travel to the office and customer sites. It is an inside IR35 contract position and SC is required

You will be the main point of contact working with assigned clients on a daily basis, providing support across a range of SAS platforms and building out capability.

Requirements of the role include:

Strong SAS experience to include platform 9.4

Problem solving/root cause analysis and implementing solutions

Liaising with customers regarding issues and proactively building out capability

Release management and platform administration experience

Background of working within a Support environment

Pro-active with an inquisitive nature regarding technology who thrives to learn more
