A highly respected social enterprise are looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to support them in organisation across a wide range of technology projects. This role is offered initially on a four-month fixed-term salaried contract basis paid pro-rata of the advertised salary; and offers a mixture of home and Buckinghamshire office based working.
You will be responsible for identifying technology and change initiatives, co-ordinate and performance monitor projects to ensure they are running on time, to budget and against agreed key deliverable points. You will also be required to update internal and external project stakeholders and suppliers, support across an array of preparation for project documentation such as business cases, PIDs, implementation plans and training manuals and organise project & training meetings. This role requires someone who has exceptional attention to detail and remains calm under pressure.
Essential Skills:
* A successful commercial track record as a project support officer/PMO analyst/project co-ordinator or similar organisational driven role within an IT environment.
* Experience creating IT project documentation such as business cases, PIDs, implementation plans and training manuals/videos.
* Management of multiple IT/technology transformation projects at one time.
* Internal stakeholder & external supplier management.
* Experience managing difficult situations to ensure a business centric resolution.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
