Graduate Software Engineer – JavaScript, Node.js

A brilliant opportunity for a Graduate Software Engineer / Developer to join a leading software communications company. This fast growing company are looking to bring on board a Graduate Software Engineer with good exposure to node.js to focus on enhancing and developing their cutting-edge comms product suite. A wealth of training and development will be offered to the successful graduate.

Location: Buckingham (to reach easily a car is preferred)

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Requirements for Graduate Software Engineer / Developer:

* Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in programming related subject

* An enthusiasm for technology

* JavaScript experience and understanding – ES6, Node.js and PostgreSQL (work placement or academia)

* Strong communication skills

* Experience with Linux

* Ideally you will be able to drive

Responsibilities for Graduate Software Engineer / Developer:

* Work with the development team to maintain and enhance the existing product suite

* Develop and extend JavaScript and REST APIs

* Investigate external components to develop integrations with third party APIs

* QA testing

* Product development patches

* Provide high level support on the products
