End User Computing Specialist – Buckingham- £40,000 – £60,000

My Clients Core Technology Team are looking for an End User Computing Specialist who has the passion and determination to make an impact in the End User Computing domain. Working collaboratively with team members across a broad cross-section of disciplines and technologies you will help to improve the value of End User Computing platforms and make a difference to the day-to-day usage of IT within the team. You will thrive on working in a fast paced and ever-changing digital environment and in a role where you get to create innovative solutions across a vast portfolio of technologies. Key Accountabilities of this role include:

Key Accountabilities

Administration of enterprise client, server, and mobile management platforms, primarily through the Microsoft Endpoint Manager products (SCCM and InTune, Modern Desktop Management, Group Policy etc.).
Full life-cycle management and support of the Windows 10 client estate, emphasising a positive end-user experience throughout.
Ownership of client and server security patching/updates, and security (AV & encryption) systems to ensure compliance.
Administration of the Microsoft 365 platforms, including Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Office client and telephony, along with new implementation projects.
Providing support to others in IT and the wider organisation as an escalation point and including out-of-hours support for critical issues as needed.
Documenting, training, and sharing knowledge to up-skill other IT team members.Technical Skills and Experience

Significant experience in Microsoft Client, Server and cloud platforms including Active Directory (on-premises and Azure), and their associated management platforms (SCCM required).
Significant experience in support and implementation of O365 / M365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams (including telephony and SBCs), Office client, Group Policy, Flow / PowerAutomate.
PowerShell, Ansible, or similar tools to implement and manage the above.
Experience with various enterprise security management platforms (AV, Encryption etc.).
Ideally, Linux OS and system administration.Benefits
