Background:

Currently my client is looking for a strong Relief Chef to come on board and work with the brigade in this stunning four star hotel in Buckinghamshire. New updated kitchens with a stylish simple menu.

Role:

* To assist the Head Chef with kitchen procedures in line with company policies, implementation of menus and all other aspects of kitchen management

* Effectively manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef

* Develop, motivate and inspire your colleagues

* Ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly by optimising the use of materials and manpower

* To maintain that all kitchen operations fall in line with COSHH, HACCP and other food hygiene regulations

Package:

£20.00 per hour, guaranteed 50 hours per week, excellent live in accommodation
