A great job for an experienced General Manager to manage a lovely Village public house based in Bucks. The General Manager will need a real entrepreneurial spirit, be passionate about what they do and want to treat the business as if it were their own.

The ideal candidate having experience of running a Village or Countryside pub with accommodation will be highly desirable.

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate General Manager or Management Couple, who will take this recently fully refurbished venue forward, making the most of every opportunity.

You will need a real entrepreneurial spirit, be passionate about what you do and want to treat the business as if it were your own. If you have previous experience of running a Village Pub with rooms, even better.

A passion for delivering exceptional guest experience and creating a positive place to work for their team.

Create a guest centric culture and are a true expert in service and food, motivating your team to share this passion.

Experienced Required.

• Managerial experience in a hospitality or similar guest service operation.

• A modern leadership style with experience in building and developing high performing teams

• A natural innovator who can seize retail opportunities

• A good knowledge of the restaurant/bar industry

• Flexible and hardworking, always leading by example

• Totally service oriented and guest always focussed

• Financially astute and able to convert sales to profit
