CHEF DE PARTIE (NEW OPENING)

The Grand Junction Arms in Bulbourne near Tring is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their fantastic kitchen teams. 
Our Chef de Parties can expect to earn an average of over £3,000 + TRONC* on top of your wages over the year…

About You 
We are looking for a chef with experience in a similar environment who is enthusiastic for fresh food. You must be able to adapt to a fast moving environment and industry. You will be passionate about food, have impeccable standards and a great team spirit.  

About the job 
In an Oakman kitchen you will find the highest-quality ingredients used to produce our inspired dishes, from the Mediterranean or Seafood.  You’ll be supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen. You’ll be preparing meals using fantastic ingredients and you’ll be encouraged to create delicious specials using locally supplied food.  
You will also be involved in ordering stock, cleaning, due diligence, stock management, pest control, and profit control.
