Learning Solution Technologist – £50k – fully remote

COVID-19 has been a catalyst for change in how all of us live & work. 

What used to happen face to face, now happens on our sofa over Zoom/MS Teams.

The future of learning & development is digital. 

From mass, engaging, companywide online learning, to learning how to operate a nuclear submarine through VR & AR, digital learning is here to stay.  

We’re partnered with Logicearth which is part of The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG). 

Logicearth Learning Services is on the front line of these changes. They’re a Core Challenger on the Fosway 9-Grid™. 

For the past 10 years, they have built a reputation for providing the most agile and innovative range of blended learning solutions possible. 

They now have all the energy and mobility of a small company but with the security and investment that only a large global organisation can offer. 

Due to extensive contract wins, they’ve retained us to recruit a Learning Solution Technologist. 

You’ll have several years’ experience in a blended learning environment: face-to-face learning either in a classroom or virtually, a background in eLearning design, experience setting up and administering LMS/LXP systems, and knowledge of the key players within the industry. 

You’ll have leadership qualities although you don’t have to have team lead experience.  You will be able to drive the technical and virtual aspects of a learning design team.

You will be given a high level of autonomy in this position. You must be able to bring new ideas to the table, show that you are a thought leader in the industry with the ability to provide innovation to your team and the clients you will be servicing.
