Welfare Labourer, CSCS

My Client is looking for a Welfare Labourer to work the following:

Key Responsibilities

Must clean all general site amenities including toilets, offices, canteen, drying rooms etc.…
Will also be expected when not cleaning to assist with offloading of materials, sweeping of site, removal of rubbish and assisting trades
Having initiative to work independently when a task has been assigned
Having a flexible approach to work tasks and carrying out any suitable duty requested by Site Management.
Be punctual and available to work at agreed times
Ensure all work complies with the relevant Safety, Health & Environmental legislation
Key Skills and Qualifications

Must have a valid CSCS Green card. (Paper certificates not accepted unless proof of application for the card can be provided)
Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must bring 6-point PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) all unbranded
Hard Hat
Boots
Orange Hi-viz
Orange Trousers § Gloves
Goggles
Must have at least a basic understanding of construction procedures and familiar with construction safety standards.
Beneficial to have previous experience working on a construction site.
