Technical Coordinator – Luxury Bespoke Developer – Buckinghamshire – Up to £50,000 + Benefits

We are recruiting on behalf of a very well-respected housebuilding company based in Buckinghamshire.

The company currently complete projects of 100 units and less, producing more bespoke and high-end developments focused on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

Provide technical support to a number of current developments.

Coordinate information produced by external consultants.

Investigation of technical problems encountered and provision of economical viable solutions.

Ensure that technical department procedures, layouts and technical reports for land appraisal and required working drawings are delivered to the agreed schedule.

Attend meetings at various stages of projects (Land/Technical hand-over, Project Meeting, Optimisation, Progression, Technical/Sales, Budget Meetings, etc.)

Experience with Section 104, 278 & 38 agreements required.

Candidates must come from an engineering background and they must have experience working within the construction industry.
