TECHNICAL COORDINATOR – RESIDENTIAL HOUSING DEVELOPER – BUCKINGHAMSHIRE – £40,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

Potensis are currently working with a leading national housing developer based who are looking to employ a Technical Coordinator to their Technical team and oversee a number of developments based in Buckinghamshire. The business is focused in the area of large-scale developments with a mix of apartments and housing and are looking for the ideal candidate to oversee the sites for the duration of the build stage. Responsibilities will include:

The job will include being in charge of the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory architectural drawings and engineering packages on site. You will also work closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on time.

Additional responsibilities:

* Interpreting technical drawings to ensure the project is completed in line with the plans.

* Dealing with the administration team of the project.

* Ensuring the project is completed within cost constraints agreed.

* Appoint and manage external consultants.

* Lead design team meetings and deal with any technical queries that may arise from the site teams.

Candidates should have experience as a Technical Coordinator or working on residential schemes for an architectural practice or engineering consultancy. The ideal candidate from a practice or consultancy background will be required to have a good commercial understanding.
