Site Manager – Permanent

Buckinghamshire

Main Contractor

£40,000 – £50,000 + Company Car

Atkins James are currently looking to recruit a permanently employed site manager for a regional, main contractor operating in the Buckinghamshire/Oxford area. This vacancy is a result of planned growth and business development in the region.

This construction business has been in operation for over 90 years with multiple offices across the UK, offering design and build solutions ranging in value up to £15m. A family run and established business with further growth plans going forward.

The Candidate:

* Experienced in delivering new build projects valued up to £15m

* Areas include Leisure, Industrial, commercial and education

* SMSTS qualified, CSCS and First aid as a minimum.

* Able to manage projects from inception to completion from site set up to close.

Responsibilities will include:

* Site Inductions

* Manage health and safety

* Quality monitor works

* Manage and modify programme as required

* Take Full Responsibility of the site

* Involved in site set up
