My client, a Tier 1 Main contractor are currently seeking to employ a Construction Manager with an engineering background to be based on a flag ship project in Buckinghamshire, the project is a large mixed use development.

You will be responsible for the external package which will consist of; hard and soft landscaping, utilities installation and all aspects of H&S. Driving site progress and working closely with the design team.

* Previous experience managing a large external package.

* Stable career history.

* SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid.

* Ideally an engineering background
