A chartered consultancy in Buckinghamshire are looking for a Schedule Or Rates Surveyor (NHF / NSR / PSA)
Our client offers Project Management and Surveying support services to the some of the UK’s leading construction companies
This is a great place to get exposure to a range of skills as they operate in a range of market sectors, including commercial, social housing, health and education
Around 20 Quantity Surveyors are based out of their office in Buckinghamshire meaning you will have great support and expertise surrounding you
Lots of room to progress upwards in the company
They build long term relationships with clients and have been successful and growing for over 10 years
They turnover £8 on Quantity Surveying services only.
They are a family run business who are headed up by a personable and dedicated MD who understands the importance of work/ life balance
The role – Schedule Or Rates Surveyor – Social Housing
You will be working for a range of prestigious clients on a range of schemes
You will be a SOR Surveyor working on existing contracts
The right person
You will have experrience of measurement, utilising NHF, NSR, PSA or Bespoke Schedules
deally confident self-starters with ambition and an entrepreneurial attitude
Working hours 8-5.30pm
£Negotiable + 25 days holiday
