Quantity Surveyor – Permanent

£45k – £50k Plus Company Car

Main Contractor

Atkins James Group are currently looking to source a Quantity Surveyor for a Buckingham based business with projects spanning to Oxford and Milton Keynes. This role has become available with a well established and regional main contractor that has been established for 100 years and has multiple offices across the UK. This contractor deliveries Design and Build projects on a regional basis varying from offices and commercial to education and accommodation. Due to planned growth and expansion an additional Quantity Surveyor is required to support the commercial team on a permanent basis.

The Candidate

* Experience Quantity Surveyor with aspirations of senior

* Buckingham or surrounding area, covering Bucks, Oxford and MK.

* New build projects ranging from £5m to £15m

* Quantity Surveying HND/HNC/Degree qualification

The Role will include:

* Site Surveys

* Negotiate and Procure subcontract packages

* Cash flow forecasts

* Measure and Quantify materials and subcontractors

* Valuing and authorising invoices
