The Company
A Market Leader and UK Top 10 building and civil engineering company operating across a number of sectors including Retail, Leisure, Commercial, Industrial and Infrastructure with typical project values ranging from £5m up to £100m+.
The Role
As Proposal / Bid Writer based in the head office you will play a crucial role in the pre-con and work winning team to aid the successful and timely submission of high quality bids. You will use technical knowledge to compile, prepare and proof read bids that appeal to and satisfy the client requirements.
Duties
Writing high quality bids
Respond to PQQ / tender questionnaires
Aid in the successful and timely submission of Bids
Ensure all Bids are produced to the highest standard
Analyse and present case studies of previous projects
Check & acknowledge tender / submission documentation
Edit, improve and proof read bids and associated documents
Provide technical knowledge to The Bid Manager and Proposals Team
Assist in the creation and delivery of bid Strategies to the Proposals Team
Gather and compile information to ensure Bids are tailored to individual client needs
