Vision Personnel are delighted to be working alongside an up and coming high end contractor to identify a Project Manager for a highly technical and complex residential project in Buckinghamshire.

My client have won a contract to manage and build a 13000 square foot home which sits on over 25 acres of land. The property is a new build and will also have a 7 square foot basement, Swimming pool, cinema and many more amazing things.On top of that, there will also be 2 x Guest cottages being built.

The project will last for around 24 months.

The successful candidate will need to have experience in delivering projects of a similar nature, have pride in the work they carry out and have all round construction knowledge.

Civil Engineering / Groundworks experience would be prefered but not essential.
