Atkins James are currently looking to source a Project Manager on a permanent basis for a construction main contractor with projects in Buckingham and surrounding areas. This role has become available due to natural growth and planned development within the county and is a great opportunity to secure a career with a growing business
The businesses operate on a regional basis across a number of counties in the UK. The current opportunity is based around Buckinghamshire who design and build a variety of projects ranging from Commercial to hospitals and accommodation including framework projects.
Responsibilities:

Managing multiple projects across Buckinghamshire and bordering areas
*
Programming works – working closely with sub-contractors to achieve
*
Planning
*
Working on projects ranging from smaller refurbishments to larger new build
*
Value experience in excess of £15m
*
Client relationship building
*
Working closely with commercial team to achieve cost efficiencies
*
Communicating to senior levels of the business
The Candidate:
*
Experience at project manager level, managing multiple projects
*
Project values in excess of £15m
*
Proven track record in Project Management
*
SMSTS, CSCS and NVQ Level 6
*
Located in Buckinghamshire or commutable distance to Buckingham and surrounding areas
*
Mixed experience would be beneficial for this role – housing, leisure, education, accommodation etc.
