An excellent opportunity has arisen for an M&E Operations Manager to head up the Mechanical and Electrical Division of a highly respected Construction business based in Buckinghamshire.

They work across various sectors, but predominantly focus on Commercial, Offices, Residential, and Hotel projects (New Build and Refurbishment).

Key skills and experience required….

* Previous experience as an M&E Operations Manager working within the Mechanical and Electrical Building Services sector is essential

* Commercially astute

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong management skills

* Trade Background – Electrical bias would be preferable, but candidates with a Mechanical bias that have a good understanding and knowledge of the Electrical sector would be considered

* Relevant Qualifications and Certificates

* Good level of IT skills to include, Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook

* Base salary is negotiable depending on experience
