We are looking for a Land Manager to join a reputable developer in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will identify and assess short, medium and long-term land opportunities against company criteria and assist in planning, technical and financial appraisal of all sites.

Your duties will include the close coordination of information for offers to be made on sites and collating information from external consultants and internal departments whilst using your experience gained in similar pressurised results proven businesses.

Your role will also involve managing existing option agreements from a contractual perspective. Reporting to the Land Director, who will support and develop you in the way the developer operate, empowering you to realise your potential, but always on hand for advice with clear objectives being provided. You will need to learn to be adaptable and strong in your management style with a consistent approach, building relationships with local authorities, planners and foster good relationships with land-owners and agents.

* A proven level of land buying expertise with knowledge of land agents in the /Beds/Bucks/Herts areas.

* You will be self-motivated, keen to progress with a good work ethic.

* Confidence and numeracy with proven negotiation skills are essential for this role
