We have a great opportunity to join the HR department of a rapidly growing construction company, based at their head office.
The main function of the role will be to provide administrative assistance to the Senior HR Advisor and HR Assistant in respect of the main aspects of the HR function. At all times ensuring best possible level of customer service to internal and external customers and ensuring that all relevant Company and Sector Specific procedures and policies are met in accordance with the Integrated Business Management System.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance to the HR team in respect of general HR processes & procedures
Maintain HR filing and assist with Absence Monitoring administration
Assist with administration support in respect of the company Occupational Health process and maintenance of the relevant data.
Assist with the preparation of Company Induction folders and administration of the Company Induction processes.
Assist with Leaver administration process and exit interview data collation.
Provide administration support to the HR Team in respect of disciplinary, grievance and appeal meetings.
Provide administrative support in respect of Training and Development as required
Assist the HR team by answering general HR queries both by telephone and via email.
Skills/experience:
At Least 2 years experience in a similar role (HR admin, office admin)
Construction background advantageous but not necessary
Benefits:
£21k per annum and this will include 15% bonus
25 days holiday + bank holidays
