Finishing Manager – Hotel
The Company
This multi-disciplined main contractor is looking for a Finishing Manager to join their team and enhance their reputation for delivering key projects, with quality & best practice at the forefront of everything they do. The company has projects starting in the Birmingham, Sheffield, Bucks and Herts areas.
The Opportunity
Working for a renowned main contractor that is delivering construction projects on a national scale, you will be working as a Finishing Manager on a large Hotel fit-out, encompassing all areas of the building. Hotel in Multi-Storey and £35m in project value.
The Role
The company is looking for a Finishing Manager who demonstrate the following fit-out to finish experience & skills:
* Proven knowledge as a Finishing Manager on high specification/ high value fit-out projects
* Track record of Fit-Out of Hotels, encompassing bedrooms, conference rooms, restaurant, roof terrace and Bar, through to finish.
* Experience of managing fit out teams and liaising with the management team encompassing a Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Facades Manager and Foreman.
* Responsible for a high specification/ finish, ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to completion.
* SMTS / CSCS
* Ability to start ASAP
This is a freelance/ contract position, with the project to last for approximately 45 weeks. Daily rates are negotiable, dependant on experience.
