Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Buckingham, are seeking a Bid / Contracts Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis. The Manager will be responsible for completing a range of duties including overseeing the Estimator and Bid Process, managing projects and completing some QS related duties. The Bid / Contracts Manager will be working on projects across the commercial and residential sectors including new-build and refurbishment schemes to around £5 million in value.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have experience working in a Bid Manager or Contracts Manager with both a commercial and operational skillset. The candidate will need to be based within commuting distance of Buckingham and will be looking for a long term role.

Must have experience working in a Contracts / Bid Manager role
Suited to someone with both commercial and operational experience
Full Driving licence
Based within commuting distance of Buckingham
Must have experience working on similar projects for a Main Contractor

Salary: £40k – £70k DOE
