Madisons Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Contract Manager on a permenant basis to cover sites across the South East.

Contracts Manager

Permanent contract

£75,000 – £90,000 per annum

Car allowance, pension scheme, laptop, phone etc.

Covering South east region

The ideal candidate must be experience within the housing sector, be comfortable with travel and looking to progress there career.

Responsibilities;

* Liaise with design team to ensure that all investigations are carried out to ensure a full pack of working drawings are produced to enable the site to be constructed.

* Produce a programme for the site to incorporate pre-production set up of compound, clearance of conditions and order of build.

* Design compounds and materials working areas, liaise with Sales

* Sign off all material schedules..

* Supervise the construction of the site, with primary focus on ensuring that the Site Managers are carrying out their jobs in accordance with their job descriptions and an overall supervision of the entire site.
