We are currently looking to add an experienced Service Receptionist to our current excellent team.
Main:
* Monday to Friday
* 8am – 5pm
* £22,000 – £30,000 DOE
Skills and experience:
* Must have experience in a strong customer service role
* Must have experience within an HGV workshop
* Pro-active and customer focused
* Well organised with an ability to multi-task
* Ability to show “ownership” for workload
* Attention to detail
* Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
* Confident, positive telephone manner
* Upbeat and friendly personality
* IT literate
* Booking in customers
