Customer Support Technician – Milton Keynes – Up to £28k (negotiable DOE) plus great benefits package
Currently hybrid working
This is a great opportunity for a candidate with good customer service experience and an interest (or experience) in the automotive or motorsports industry or IT, tech or electronics.

Job role:
Supporting customers via telephone, email, video call and responding to a global customer base and distributors
Product fault reporting and escalation
Troubleshooting
Skills/attributes required for the role:
Customer service experience, including experience with conflict resolution, product fault reporting, technical troubleshooting etc
Experieince will ideally be within automotive, motorsports or technical industry
An interest in IT, technology or electronics would be ideal
A clear concise writing technique and excellent telephone manner
Ability to demonstrate a logical approach to troubleshooting
A positive attitude and good team working skills
Full UK clean driving license
NVQ level 2 or higher in customer service would also be a bonus.
Nice to have:
Experience within the Automotive or Motorsports industry would be a bonus as would exposure to vehicle CAN and GPS technologies and technology testing experience. This is not essential though.
