Customer Support Technicians
We are currently supporting our client who is looking for Customer Support Technicians with Automotive experience. Ideally candidstes will have an understanding of the following:-
The potential and ability to understand the product on a very technical level.
Technical customer service experience
OEM automotive or Motorsport industry experience
Experience of vehicle data analysis, vehicle testing or race data analysis/telemetry
Personality is key, candidates should be:
Adaptable, priorities can quickly change
Proactive
Detail oriented, able to analyse/test
Self-driven & motivated
Genuinely interested in technical products
This is NOT an IT support role, so candidates coming from pure tech support backgrounds would not be suitable.
We are looking for someone very technically minded and customer-centric. from a background of supporting a very technical product.
Candidates should demonstrate tenure in previous positions. Training will be provided and takes 6 months as a minimum, so they can't afford for people to be using them as a stepping stone
Our client is a growing business and are therefore looking for someone. who is willing to learn/progress within an organisation.
Working hours: 9-5.30, Mon-Fri
Team set up: Reporting to Support Manager, and working alongside 3 other CS Technicians and liaising with other departments
