We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join a leading automotive organisation.
Hours of work: 8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am – 1pm Friday
As Warehouse Administrator your duties will include:
* To ensure inventory levels are accurate across the site, you will be responsible for managing the New Parts stores and the co-ordination of the introduction of new parts into the company.
* Develop and manage the minimum inventory triggers (count vs system)
* Order production material replenishment
* Manage the New Parts Store both physically and within SAP/EWM
* Ensure old level parts are either run out or are authorised for obsolescence
* Ensure the accuracy of W.I.P stock by using SAP and responding to shortages reported by the Production Supervisor
* Responsible for co-ordinating pre-count activities along with running all reports required before and after physical inventory stock counts
* Co-ordinating the shortage report
* Provide cover for other logistic personnel as and when required as training permits
Experience:
* SAP/EWM (advantageous)
* Demonstrable proficiency in Mathematics and Data Processing (PC Skills)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work on own initiative and be able to adapt to new processes and situations
* Proven track record in MRP / ERP systems / inventory control systems
* Able to communicate effectively with all departments and levels within the company
