Purchase Ledger Clerk

Stowe, Buckingham (car driver, due to location)

Permanent role

£21,000 -£24,500 per annum (DOE)

Working for a very successful construction company in Stowe, You will be matching, checking and coding a high volume of invoices. You will be building relationships with other team members, the plant hire buying team and suppliers

Process for payment purchase ledger invoices and credit notes efficiently & accurately onto our account's software, checking they match the purchase order and have a valid delivery note

Process staff expenses inline with our expense policy as well as credit cards

Maintaining strong relationships with the Plant Hire buying team and suppliers

Reconciliation of supplier statements as well as email or phone for credit notes and copy delivery notes

Understand how CIS works and which VAT codes to use

Previous Purchase Ledger experience is required
