My client based in Bourne End are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be suited to a person with determination and excellent telesales skills. This person will be experienced in developing new business and be confident working with senior management and budget holders of prospective client companies.

Key responsibilities

* Calling and engaging with clients and arranging appointments for the new business sales team.

* Coordinating the follow up of leads

* Maximising all selling opportunities

* Lead generation and cold calling

* Working with a database of lead information

* Query handling and general administrative duties

* Working to targets and KPI’s

Desirable:

Excellent communication skills demonstrated through telesales
Experience of working in an office-based environment
Good listening skills
