Our client situated in Bourne End are currently looking to a recruit a Client Success Representative on a full-time permanent basis. This person will be the go-to person for client queries and will provide solutions that ensure a good client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting clients on a day-to-day basis to resolve system issues
* Understand client business goals and key performance indicators; possess the ability to translate insights into client successes
* Oversee and maintain the automated communication to an allocation of clients
* Aid the ultimate success of clients’ requirements, including client onboarding, adoption and retention
* Monitor client satisfaction
* Complete administration duties relating to the installation and management of the entire client base
* Issuing Product Usage Reports to clients
