Our client, a global business situated in Bourne End are currently looking to a recruit a Business Development Executive on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying suitable sales leads whilst managing the quality of them. This role would suit somebody who has experience in a SaaS environment or similar.
Key responsibilities:
* Gaining knowledge on the companies’ products and services and demonstrate that knowledge to potential clients.
* Be responsible for managing the quality of lead generation by identifying, compiling and maintaining lists of prospective clients through our lead generation campaigns
* Engaging with prospects and scheduling demo appointments as directed
* Hit agreed sales targes
* Successfully document, manage all leads and activities in Salesforce
* Producing sales reports
* Following up prospects who engage to marketing and advertising campaigns
* Provide support and develop sales initiatives to meet targets
* Represent the company at seminars and events
Skills:
* Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of working in a business development or sales role, with successful experience of lead generation and conversion within the SaaS or subscription service markets
* Self-motivated and quick to get started, demonstrating the drive to achieve the best results
* Attention to detail with the ability to understand and disseminate complex information
Commission is paid quarterly for this role.
