A specialist M&E recruitment business located in Bourne End (near Maidenhead, Slough and High Wycombe) currently has a requirement for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, to be trained on the full recruitment process, from new business sales through to delivery and account management.

As a Trainee Consultant you will be:-

· Obtaining leads and following up on your own leads

· Cold calling prospective clients

· Calling warm and lapsed clients within engineering

· Developing relationships with engineering and manufacturing companies

· Booking and attending face to face meetings

· Taking the details of clients requirements

· Advertising vacancies and sourcing relevant candidates

To qualify for the position.

· You must have a sales attitude

· You must have a 'never say die' approach.

· You must have drive, personality and enthusiasm

· You must have a stable background

· You must live within commuting distance to Bourne End

Salary

£18k – £25k basic Once trained an OTE of £40k uncapped, monthly team incentives – commission is paid monthly on personal performance, mobile phone
