We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Experience is not as important as your attitude, although sales or recruitment experience is an advantage.

Tech-People is a very successful M & E (Mechanical and Electrical) recruitment company which specialize in both contract and permanent positions. At the moment the construction/ engineering sector is experiencing exceptional growth and we are looking to capitalize on this by expanding our team.

The Role

You will put on an extensive 1-2-1 recruitment training programme, which will turn you into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, giving you all the skills necessary to maximize your recruitment career and earnings potential. Once you have proven yourself as a Recruitment Consultant, there is a clear career path into recruitment man management, should you chose that route.

You

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, background is not as important as attitude, plus a proven track record of success and progression in life. If you have the right attitude and recruitment/sales experience that would be ideal but not necessary.

What is in it for you.

Competitive basic salary. £18000 plus
Realistic first year earnings £25k-£35k
Uncapped earnings, OTE is £40k plus
Progression into a supervisory role.Numerous incentives, including trips to Thorpe Park etc ……….
