Elderly Care Home in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire

£50,000 – £55,000 per annum

Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Home Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire.

Package for the Residential Home Manager includes but is not limited to:

* £50,000 – £55,000 per annum

* Full time hours

* Opportunities for training and development

Residential Home Manager requirements:

* Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this

* Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential

* Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management

* Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
