Job Responsibilities

Analysing and evaluating the results of A/B tests and recommending next steps
Executing experiment builds in line with our testing strategy
Running quantitative and qualitative research on customers to identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas
Building a wide variety of different experiments in an enterprise level optimisation platform utilising web languages
Conduct quality assurance on new test builds across browsers and devices
Communication of test results both to key stakeholders and across wider teams in order to maximise the benefits of our learnings.
Working with the ecommerce manager to execute the trading strategy
Execute promotional and occasion based merchandising campaigns

About you

Essential Skills:

Strong understanding of data
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Understanding of web analytics tools such as Google / Adobe Analytics and how to use these to harness actionable insights
Keen eye for detail & problem-solving nature
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript or jQuery (you don't need to be an expert but must be familiar with coding and how it works or have a desire to learn).

What's a bonus:

Experience of working directly with web optimisation tools would be preferable – ideally Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Google Optimize or Adobe Target.
