The Role

Easter and September start

Supporting the teacher in developing pupils grouped according to the level of understanding of a subject

Facilitate learning by providing support where needed

Prevent any pupils from falling behind during lessons

Encourage hard work, self-development and independence in pupils

The Candidate

SEN experienced Teaching Assistant

Accommodating and personal approach

Conflict solver

Self-motivated

PECS and  Makaton experience would be an advantage
