Customer Service Administrator – £25k – £27k (plus annual bonus on KPI's)
We are delighted to be recruiting for our highly successful an growing client for this new role working within their Client Success Team.
This role will assist existing clients and their users with on-boarding, training and best practice use of their software services.
You will be handling queries from clients predominately via email although some phone calls are sometimes received and made so applicants will need both strong written and verbal communication skills suited to a business environment.
Within this role you will interact with clients every day ensuring they have what they need to have a great experience while working with you to become their trusted partner.
Your key objective would be to ensure maximum client retention when their contract comes to renewal and we are seeking someone energetic and driven.
The role works closely with the sales and product development teams but is not a sales driven role. You will have a good eye for spotting where there maybe a potential issue or if a client has stopped using the
Working within a small team of 5, you will support clients internationally. A second language isn't essential at all for the role but could be useful if you do speak German, Italian, Spanish or French.
More importantly is your ability to prioritise work, multitask and manage sometimes a busy work load. You will be passionate about delivering customer satisfaction and enjoy building relationships with colleagues and clients.
You will enjoy some methodical work but also be adaptable to change and growth within the business and requirements.
This role could be suited to a Graduate with 1 years plus experience, a returner to work or someone with more experience who feels they would enjoy this type of position ensuring client satisfaction.

After initial training in the office candidates will be required to work in the office 2 days per week min with home working the rest of the time. The hours are 9-5 although applicants can start between 8 and 10 and finish between 4 and 6 if required.
About you:
* We are seeking a minimum of 1 years experience in a customer driven role ideally business to business focussed.
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be comfortable using the phone as well as addressing a group of people with confidence and gravitas
* Deadline-driven self-starter
* Extremely organised with high attention to detail
* Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-orientated
* Excellent social skills; friendly and outgoing, not afraid to connect with new people
* Ability to build rapport & communicate effectively with business clients from middle managers up to and including the C suite of large global organisations
* Excellent multi-tasker, able to take on many projects without dropping the ball
* Problem solver – analytical and data driven
* Experience of Salesforce, customer success software and health scoring an advantage
