Façade Estimator

* £55K – £65K

* 25 days annual leave

Our client is a specialist subcontractor who operate within the façade and building envelope sector within construction. With an annual turnover of circa £30M, our client has forecasted significant growth within the next 3 – 5 years due to market demands.

Therefore the need now exist for an experienced Façade Estimator to join their team.

Façade Estimators will be accountable for the preparation of accurate estimates for cladding, facades and building envelope projects by gathering relevant information at the tender enquiry. Façade Estimators will also be responsible for evaluating estimates by building up costs analytically and then assessing the price of labour, plant and material from a variety of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive tenders with maximum profitability.

The role is being offered on a hybrid basis with a mixture of working in the office and at home. Our client requires you to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week.
