Contracts Manager – Screeding

Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 (Plus vehicle / travel)

About the Employer:

Based in Bucks, Our client is a multi-disciplined Sub-Contractor specialising in, Dry Lining, Façade systems, Fire stopping, Carpentry, Tiling and Decorating who have built an outstanding industry reputation on delivering first class construction packages within various sectors of industry including, High End Residential, Commercial, Leisure and Educational and Health. Throughout their 15-year establishment they’ve spearheaded the industry with a dynamic approach and have built / maintained strong client relationships with some of the UK’s largest construction firms including Kier, Galliford Try, Multiplex and McLaren. They currently have an annual turnover of £25m and our clients’ prime focus is on packages ranging anything from £1m to £8m, working within London and Surrounding Counties.

About the Opportunity:

The role is to head up a new Screeding Division, working in partnership with their pre-established Dry Lining arm of the Business. This company currently carry out screeding works, which is often included within Dry Lining packages but my Client is now looking for someone to drive this division forward. The role will include; Business development, with both existing and new clients, Estimating, Procurement, Project Delivery, Commercial and Account Management. Please note, this isn’t a complete blank canvass, my Client will provide tender enquiries from existing clients and full support wherever required.

Candidate must have complete sector experience with a proven background dedicated to the Screeding industry along with comprehensive knowledge in screeding products and systems.
