Support Solutions Personnel is curently recruiting a Head Chef for a popular Spanish Tapas bar outside of London.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with a proven track record, who has great leadership skills. If you are enthusiastic and would love to assist leading a team with passion & pride, then we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining high standards that have been set.

* Overseeing a large operation of up to 300 covers per day.

* Training of junior staff is vital.

* Managing a busy kitchen

* Setting menus & food costings

* Ordering & monitoring supplies

* Rotas

* Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.

Skills:

* This role would suit an experienced and highly motivated Head Chef that has previous experience in a similar venue. Someone that is looking for a new and exciting role within a new but expanding business.

* You will need to be able to think quickly on your feet.

* The perfect candidate will have a keen eye for detail and very good organisational skills.

* Having a passion for food is mandatory, this will show when you are helping train the junior restaurant staff.

* Highly organised and motivated.
