A brand new role has opened up for a busy local company.
The role:
To provide support for all functions within the Admin Team, daily priorities will be outlined by the Operations Manager.
DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Admin Support
* Answering business telephone calls
* Filing (general & archiving).
* Assisting with printing appropriate paperwork for ADMIN team where required e.g product labels, address labels.
* Booking couriers.
* Daily checking of outbound/inbound orders against paperwork and report to Operations Manager.
* Sending sales invoices to relevant customer accounts team following invoice approval.
* Sending statements to customers.
* Simple email credit control.
* Assist in preparing samples.
* Updating samples logs and despatches.
* Supporting with all courier quote requests from BDMs.
* Updating courier charges vs charges in pricing document.
* Any other ADMIN support.
This is a busy role in a growing company. The role could offer development within the company.
Start date : ASAP
