We are looking for a temporary HR and Payroll Administrator to work on a 1 month rolling contract. This role will be home-based whilst COVID-19 restrictions are in place.
This is a varied role to start ASAP
HR
* Candidate sourcing (direct/agencies)
* Interview coordination
* Preparing and sending contract documentation
* Send out and keep track of reference requests
* Send IT address/ Employee No before day 1 for courier purposes and inform new candidate of process and arrival ETA
* Send out new starter pack during first week of employment
* Booking of exit interviews
* Organise equipment collection with IT and Office Ops
* Spot check 121’s to ensure they are being held
* Assist in producing recruitment pipeline figures (numbers of cvs, pipeline rate, offer rate)
* Manage ER cases
Payroll
* Inputting monthly payroll changes into the system
* Benefits changes into the system
* Work with Finance to ensure cost centres are correct
* Coordinate pension payments with Finance
* Checking of the starters and leavers info
* Processing any advance payments
* Loading bonus’s and commissions into the system
* Managing any absence pay adjustments
* Processing overtime
* Processing any temps
